A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid price of all lots in this auction.
GST (12.5%) will be added to all lots in this auction.
Important Collection Note:
These goods must be collected between 8:30am and 4:45pm on Tuesday 3rd of August 2010 from Grays Auctions, 13B Piermark Drive, Albany, Auckland.
Any goods not collected will incur a late collection, handling & storage fee of $10 per day and Grays Auctions reserves the right to dispose of or resell the goods at their convenience with no recourse from the buyer.

Buyers are responsible for arranging their own transport, labor, tools or any other equipment they may require for collection.
By partaking in this online auction you agree that should any damage be caused by you and or your representatives during the removal process, to either the building, surrounding vehicles and or surrounding equipment, that you shall be held personally liable, and agree to pay all make good costs.

Sale has a 15% Buyers Premium.
For example, if the successful bid price is $1,000 + 15% Buyers Premium (being $150) + 12.5% GST (being ($143.75) the invoice will total $1,293.75.
The Sale of Goods Act does not apply to this sale.
Please note that this sale is only open to bidders from New Zealand.
Please note that there are no other accessories / parts included with these lots unless they are specifically stated as being included in the items description.
Lot description details override general condition ratings.
Some lots have pictures assigned to them. These should be taken as a guide only. Discrepancies may or may not be noted.
All exlease items are sold on the basis that they power on and perform to a basic operational level only unless otherwise specified in the lot description.
All items are tested to confirm the basic specification as noted in their descriptions. Operational Condition & Specifications outside of this scope are not tested and therefore can not be confirmed as at the time of auction.
All items undergo an exterior visual inspection only. The condition of Hardware Components and or internal condition of each machine are not tested or checked during this process and buyers are advised to consider this prior to placing any bid.
Please consider the above information prior to purchase as no refunds will be granted on this basis.
Any product specification discrepancies must be notified to Graysonline within 5 days of receipt of goods. No responsibility will be taken by Graysonline past this point.
Please take into full consideration any defects noted in the lots description (e.g. Cosmetic scratches, whether the item is tested ok or faulty) and the condition of the item (New, Resealed, Exlease etc) before placing your bid.

Your credit card will be debited on the day of the auction closing. To assist in the processing of payments please have funds available.
Invoice totals exceeding $5000 will not be split and must be paid in full by direct deposit. Direct Deposit needs to be made within 2 working days of sale closure. Successful bidders will be contacted via email with our bank account details.

It is the Successful Buyers responsibility to arrange Packaging and Transport for their Purchases.

All equipment must be paid for and removed from the premises between 8:30 and 4:45pm on Tuesday 3rd of August 2010 only.
Any items remaining uncollected after the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a late collection fee of $10 per day and/or removal fee.

| Going, Going, Gone!!! |
|
Typically, auctions end at the closing time posted. There are some exceptions to this, however. If there are any bids on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the auction closing time ("Going, Going, Gone!" period), it will be extended until there are no bids for 10 continuous minutes.
There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes Graysonline work more like a live auction where the bidding does not stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time.
To ensure that you do not get outbid make sure you monitor the auction until you have won the item or enter a bid that you think will win!
