Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted in this sale. All products have failed stringent quality control tests conducted by the vendor and are sold “as is”
Product Condition.
Products included in this auction have failed quality control inspections, faults vary from minor cosmetic damage to major hardware failures. Please refer to the lot descriptions for further information. Faults have not been comprehensively diagnosed - lot descriptions contain indicative fault information only and should not be relied upon. The status of items purchased in this auction will not be considered as grounds for refunds.

This Sale is GST Inclusive
Sale has 15% Buyers Premium.
For example, if the successful bid price is $100 + 15% Buyers Premium (being $15.00) the Invoice will total $115.00 + Delivery Fee.
The Sale of Goods Act does not apply to this sale.
Please note that this sale is only open to bidders from New Zealand.
Please note that there are no other accessories / parts included with these lots unless they are specifically stated as being included in the items description.
Lot description details override general condition ratings.
Some lots have pictures assigned to them. These should be taken as a guide only. Discrepancies may or may not be noted.
Display devices are not tested for dead/stuck pixels so they may not be included in descriptions. As industry standards allow for dead/stuck pixels in new monitors they are not considered grounds for refunds.
All Computer systems in this sale have been formatted, (no OS installed) Lots advertised with Operating Systems refer to presence of COA (Certificate of Authenticity) licence sticker only, unless otherwise stated in lot description. Some machines will not have a COA listed due to legality issues with supplying that information.
Batteries are regarded as consumable items. The condition of a battery is unknown at the time of sale and is not subject to cancellation or any price adjustments.
Any product specification discrepancies must be notified to Graysonline within 5 days of receipt of goods. No responsibility will be taken by Graysonline past this point.
Please take into full consideration any defects noted in the lots description (e.g. Cosmetic scratches, whether the item is tested ok or faulty) and the condition of the item (New, Resealed, Exlease etc) before placing your bid.

Your credit card will be debited on the day of the auction closing. To assist in the processing of payments please have funds available.
Invoice totals exceeding $5000 will not be split and must be paid in full by direct deposit. Direct Deposit needs to be made within 2 working days of sale closure. Successful bidders will be contacted via email with our bank account details.

| Delivery |

In an effort to meet customer expectation of speedy deliveries, GraysOnline have implemented a fully automated dispatch process. Therefore we must decline any request for redirection after auction is closed.
Deliveries for this auction will be undertaken by a courier and transport service provider.
There are no pickups from the warehouse
Please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery from the date of payment. In rare occasions delivery may take longer. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the purchaser between 9am and 5pm weekdays only. Please ensure that your business hours delivery address is entered in to your account details.
Deliveries will be made to NZ addresses only.
Delivery Charges
The delivery charges specified within the site are guide lines and may be more or less than the amount that will be charged to the successful bidder, these charges include
one delivery attempt by our carrier.
A re-delivery fee of the original freight cost will be payable by the purchaser if the carrier is unable to deliver on the first attempt. The re-delivery fee will be charged to the purchaser’s specified account by Graysonline and by bidding in this auction you authorize Graysonline to debit your nominated account if a redelivery is required.
Rural delivery addresses will be charged an additional $3.50 on top of the stated delivery rate.
Where possible, if more than one item is purchased then the freight charges will be consolidated to reduce costs to the purchaser.

| Going, Going, Gone!!! |
|
Typically, auctions end at the closing time posted. There are some exceptions to this, however. If there are any bids on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the auction closing time ("Going, Going, Gone!" period), it will be extended until there are no bids for 10 continuous minutes.
There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes Graysonline work more like a live auction where the bidding does not stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time.
To ensure that you do not get outbid make sure you monitor the auction until you have won the item or enter a bid that you think will win!
