This auction is Pickup only from Rosedale, Auckland
A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid price of all lots in this auction.
GST (15%) will be added to the bid price (including buyers premium) for all lots in this auction.
Inspection is available by appointment only, Please contact the Project Manager: Chris Stevenson on the details above to arrange a time to view.
Important Collection Note:
Your goods will be available for collections between 9:00am and 4:00pm on Friday 21st and Monday 24th of September 2012 from Grays Auctions, 38 Canaveral Drive, Rosedale, Auckland with no exceptions.
Any goods not collected by 4:00pm on Monday 24th of September 2012 will be deemed abandoned and or incur a $25 late collection fee per item per uncollected day.
After this date Grays Auctions reserve the right to dispose of or resell the goods to defray costs at their convenience with no recourse from the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made with the project manager.

Buyers are responsible for arranging their own transport, labor, tools or any other equipment they may require for collection.
By partaking in this online auction you agree that should any damage be caused by you and or your representatives during the removal process, to either the building, surrounding vehicles and or surrounding equipment, that you shall be held personally liable, and agree to pay all make good costs.

All Items are sold "As Is Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Please note that there are no other accessories / parts included with these lots unless they are specifically stated as being included in the items description.
Lot description details override general condition ratings.
Some lots have pictures assigned to them. These should be taken as a guide only. Discrepancies may or may not be noted.
Please consider the above information prior to purchase as no refunds will be granted on this basis.
Any product specification discrepancies must be notified to Graysonline within 5 days of receipt of goods. No responsibility will be taken by Graysonline past this point.
Please take into full consideration any defects noted in the lots description (e.g. Cosmetic scratches, whether the item is tested ok or faulty) and the condition of the item (New, Resealed, Exlease etc) before placing your bid.

Your credit card will be debited on the day of the auction closing. To assist in the processing of payments please have funds available.
Invoice totals exceeding $5000 will not be split and must be paid in full by direct deposit. Direct Deposit needs to be made within 2 working days of sale closure. Successful bidders will be contacted via email with our bank account details.

It is the Successful Buyers responsibility to arrange Packaging and Transport for their Purchases.

Please wait until 9:00am Friday 21st of September 2012 before arriving to collect your goods.
Your goods will be available for collections between 9:00am and 4:00pm on Friday 21st and Monday 24th of September 2012 with no exceptions.
Any items remaining uncollected after the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a late collection fee of $25 per day and/or removal fee.

| Going, Going, Gone!!! |
|
Typically, auctions end at the closing time posted. There are some exceptions to this, however. If there are any bids on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the auction closing time ("Going, Going, Gone!" period), it will be extended until there are no bids for 10 continuous minutes.
There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes Graysonline work more like a live auction where the bidding does not stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time.
To ensure that you do not get outbid make sure you monitor the auction until you have won the item or enter a bid that you think will win!
