 A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to the offer price of all lots in this Expressions of Interest.
Please note – All offers must be submitted in New Zealand dollars.
Inspection is by appointment only, please contact the Project Manager: Mike Edmonds on the details above to arrange a time to view.Grays Auctions or the vendor may accept any offer prior to the advertised deadline of 3:00pm Wednesday 27th of June 2012.

All offers are subject to a 15% Buyers Premium
For example, if the successful offer price is $10,000 + 15% Buyers Premium (being $1500) the invoice will total $11,500.
The Sale of Goods Act does not apply to this Expressions of Interest.
Please note that there are no other accessories / parts included with these lots unless they are specifically stated as being included in the items description.

Once assets are removed the transaction between GraysOnline and the bidder is deemed complete. There will be no recourse beyond this time, even in the event of third party collections. If you are unsure please refrain from submitting an offer.
