Once you have entered your login and password to enter the My Info section,
there are two different options from which you may select to review your
details:
Registration Details
If you click on Registration Details, you will be taken to the Account
Profile screen which includes:
Credit Card information: Add or update your credit card details
on your account.
Member Profile: Choose which of GraysOnline's special e-mail notifications
you would like to receive including our Newsletter and grayMail. If you
wish not to receive these e-mails, simply uncheck the boxes next to the
notices you do not wish to receive.
Delivery Address Summary: Update your delivery address if you have
moved. This way you can select a different delivery address depending
where you will be when the online auction closes.
Any changes will apply to all subsequent GraysOnline online auctions that
you participate in, but will not apply to online auctions that have already
closed. Thus if you want to change your payment details or delivery address,
be sure to do so before an online auction closes.
Bidding History
Here you can get all the details of your online bidding history to date
for both Open and Closed Online Auctions. These listings are designed
to make it easy for you to check vital information about the products
you have bid on at an online auction. They show you the type of online
auction you have bid on, the Lot number of the online auction, your bid
price and the closing time of the online auction.
Open Online Auctions:
Successful Bids: shows any online auctions where your bid is currently
high enough to win the product.
Unsuccessful Bids: lists online auctions where other buyers have
outbid you. To stay in the game, you need to increase your bid.
Closed Online Auctions:
Successful Bids: shows online auctions in which you had the final
winning bid and will receive the product. Unsuccessful Bids: lists online
auctions which are over, and for which you had no winning bids.
