The Bidding Process - Online Auctions
1. Bid against each other for items at an online auction. Many items for auction are backed by a manufacturer's warranty and guarantee. All bidding happens online, so you can watch the action as it happens at the GraysOnline website.

2. When you place a bid at an online auction, you can either go back to the Product Information page to check the status of each item bid upon, or you can track the status of your bid through e-mail. GraysOnline automatically sends out a "you have Been Outbid" notice when you no longer have the winning bid in an auction. You can click on the URL in this e-mail or copy and paste it into your browser to visit the GraysOnline website and increase your bid.

3. After the valid closing of an online auction, you will be notified via e-mail of any products you won at an online auction. In most cases, we will dispatch your product(s) to your nominated delivery address. Details on when you can expect to receive your product(s) are displayed on each Sale Overview.

4. GraysOnline's couriers only deliver products from our warehouse during weekday working hours only. No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. For this reason, it is important that you enter a daytime delivery address and contact number when you register. When our courier delivers your product, they will require a signature to confirm that delivery has been made. Products cannot be left unless a signature has been obtained. Also note that for this reason we are unable to deliver to Post Office box addresses.
